Size Guide — Eskadron Rugs

Use this size guide to find the correct rug size for your horse. Eskadron rugs are sized using letter codes (P, S, M, M+, L, XL, XXL) based on the horse's back length and overall side length.

How to measure your horse for a rug:

  • Back length (A) — measure along the top line, from the base of the withers to the top of the tail.
  • Side depth (B) — measure from the withers straight down the side to where the rug should sit.
  • Total length (C) — measure along the side of the horse, from the centre of the chest, around the shoulder, to the end of the quarters. This is the standard UK rug size.
