PS of Sweden Bridle Paris - Black

The PS of Sweden Paris Bridle has a softly padded noseband decorated with white decorative seams. The noseband prevents the horse from gaping, and the two straps that connect the nosebands also prevent the horse from moving its jaw sideways, which prevents teeth from wearing down and avoids future dental problems. Because the bridle consists of two different nosebands, they can be tightened independently of each other, so the noseband is adjustable depending on the effect you want to achieve. The cut-out of the lower part avoids the risk of the horse getting pinched in the corners of its mouth, and the buckle on the part that holds the nosebands together lets you adjust the length between them to suit each horse. The bottom part of the noseband is adjustable in four steps. It is primarily designed for strong horses and can be used on all horses as long as it is adjusted correctly. It is a sharper noseband, more suitable for experienced riders or after advice from a trainer.

The headpiece has an air channel over the highest part of the neck, giving maximum freedom to the neck's sensitive nerve pathways, muscle attachments and ligaments. The edges are built-up and softly padded, with an anatomical design around the ears, and a round cut-out at the top distributes pressure evenly over the headpiece.

The sideparts are developed to reduce pressure from the neck via PS of Sweden's elastic Cradle™. A Cradle is an extra elastic band that the bit should rest on, located in the cheekpieces at the bit and on PS of Sweden reins. The idea is that they act elastically and give the horse more comfort by allowing the bit to bounce, which should relieve the teeth and jaws of static pressure. Many people believe that horses prefer this type of bridle and that it can be gentler and more horse-friendly than regular bridles and reins. The Cradles are sewn in place, making it more suitable for jumping and eventing, and it can also be used for dressage at home. French hooks make it easy to change the bit as needed.

The browband is softly padded on the inside to avoid rubbing and make it more comfortable, with a U-shaped design that avoids pressure on the horse's forehead and eye sockets. Rubber on the inside keeps it in place even in the toughest conditions, and the Click-It™ function makes it easy to remove and replace the browband when needed, even when the horse is wearing the bridle. The noseband has a super soft pillow that reduces pressure and enables a closer, optimised fit around the nose, and the browband has a convex PS of Sweden button with an extra sturdy clasp that keeps it in place.

Recommended for horses that are very forward going, are a bit wobbly or struggle with balance, like the Pioneer bridle but need a bit more support, and are ridden by experienced riders. Reins are sold separately.
