Imperial Riding Fleece Rug - Classic - Black
Use this size guide to find the correct rug size for your horse. Imperial Riding rugs are labelled using both UK rug sizing (feet) and US blanket sizing (inches) — both describe the same rug length.
How to measure your horse for a rug:
- Bottom length (also the EU Size on the chart) — measure along the side of the horse, from the middle of the chest, around the shoulder, to the end of the quarters (just past the point of the buttock). This is the standard measurement used for UK and US rug sizing.
- Top length — measure in a straight line along the back, from the base of the neck (at the withers) to the base of the tail.
- Horse height — measured from the ground to the top of the withers. Use the hands (hh) column if you know your horse's height in hands, or centimetres if you've measured with a height stick.

This size chart is a guideline. Measurements in feet (UK) and inches (US) refer to the length of the rug along the bottom edge.

The Imperial Riding Fleece Rug - Classic is a fleece rug with moisture management, designed for use after a training session, during transport or in the stable.
This is the Black edition.
A velcro-and-buckle closure fastens the rug at the chest, and a large collar sits at the neck. A tail cord helps keep the rug in place.
It is 100% polyester, for winter use.
Sizes 95cm, 155cm, 165cm, 175cm, 185cm and 215cm. All Imperial Riding rugs are listed in EU sizing. Refer to the size chart to convert your horse's size to UK or US sizing.
