The PS of Sweden King Edward Bridle has a noseband designed for pressure relief. The U-shaped noseband gives an optimal fit with soft padding. Buckles on each side allow precise fitting for individual horses. The placement of the noseband avoids pressure on the cheekbones and on sensitive nerve endings like the infraorbital nerve, and also keeps the teeth free from pressure, making it beneficial for horses with teeth-related issues. The higher strap keeps the bridle from moving forward to the horse's eyes, and the padded flash buckle, adjustable from both ways, stays in place.
The headpiece has an air channel over the poll and the highest part of the neck, giving maximum freedom to sensitive nerve pathways, muscle attachments and ligaments. Two smaller pillows at the top ensure optimal placement, and padded edges, extending from the leather base, keep the neckpiece in place, avoiding pressure and rubbing. The malleable foam on the inside moulds to the horse's shape for maximum comfort, and stoppers on the headband keep the browband in place.
The cheekpieces are a new version, tensioned independently and adjustable with multiple holes to accommodate different bits.
The browband is softly padded on the inside for comfort and to avoid rubbing, and its U-shaped design prevents pressure on the horse's forehead and eye socket. Rubber on the inside keeps it in place under tough conditions, and the Click-it function makes removal and changes easy. All keepers have rubber on the inside, keeping them securely in place even during the toughest challenges.
The bridle is approved for competition in all disciplines and within FEI, USEF and USDF. Remember to buy a throatlatch and attach it to the browband during dressage competitions.
