Cavalor Ice Clay is a cooling clay for muscles and tendons. It relaxes overworked muscles and tendons, helps to prevent swelling, and contains arnica. Cavalor describes it as 100% natural.

The clay consists primarily of kaolinite, which is naturally rich in minerals with a high absorption capacity. The magnesium sulphate stimulates blood circulation and allows muscles to relax, and essential oils including arnica and rosemary enhance this effect with their proven anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.

Clays have longer-lasting effects than gels: a clay stays active for as long as it is moist and keeps a more constant temperature for long-term cooling.

Key ingredients

  • Kaolinite clay, naturally rich in minerals with a high absorption capacity.
  • Magnesium sulphate: stimulates blood circulation and allows muscles to relax.
  • Essential oils including arnica and rosemary, with proven anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.

Directions for use

Apply a thick layer of Cavalor Ice Clay to the legs and tendons after hard work to cool them down. Allow it to dry completely for a fast cooling effect. Afterwards, use a hard brush or cold water to remove it completely.

Apply wet paper over the clay for a slower cooling, and cover the paper with a bandage. This warm and wet compress slows down the cooling effect of the clay.

Cavalor Ice Clay can also be used to relieve swollen legs.

Warning: For external use only.

Suitability

Clay is especially popular in eventing but can be used in any discipline, for example after gallop training, cross-country or work on hard surfaces.

Pack sizes

4 kg bucket

Storage

Keep out of reach of children. Does not expire. Close the pail properly after use to prevent the clay from drying out.
