The HKM Dublin II Rain Jacket is a long rain jacket that is waterproof up to 3,000mm, windproof and dirt resistant, with a hood.

Large outer pockets sit on the front, and a back slit is incorporated. The 2-way zip has a cover, with press studs along the front flap.
